Pineapple Cream Cheese

1 16 oz Can crushed Pineapple
1 block of Cream cheese.. I think 8 oz

let cream cheese soften, drain Pineapple blend together until smooth.

It is awesome to use as dip gingerbread cookies or ginger snaps and also great on bagels!
