Beun Eating somewhat healty,but some days not good.. Tomorrow I have am idea of what I will be having.. For breakfast a veggie omlet w/onion , bell pepper, and mushroom. Snack or small meal 2 low fat chocotlet Banana Smoothie. Lunch salad. Snack 2 small beggie wrap. amd for Dinner Vegitarian Speghetti Yummy. Not sure what foe my last snack maybe the rest of the smoothie if there is any left.
