Taco Bake

Tonight we are actually having Taco Bake I was volunteered to make it! I am not sure weather or not I will be eating that.. I think if I eat it I might get sick.  I guess I need to find an alternative. The taco back is really yummy just can't handle the beef anymore and losing weight I am not use to eating certain stuff anymore not without being sick for about an hour.

I ended up eating my tuna salad for breakfast I just couldn't help my self, For lunch I had chicken. I am trying to figure out what my snack should be.. very limited on choices. I am thinking 5 saltines with peanut butter.

Like I said before if I mention something I have cooked for dinner and you want the recipe I will make a post just let me know!!

Chicken and Yellow Rice Casserole

My dad loves my recipe he makes it as much as we can.. We they have lodge meetings he makes it every month just about. We had that for dinner. I usually get a little bit and get a lot of veggies but tonight there really wasn't many peas. I was starved and did eat more than I should have,, and yes it is very fattening.  Of course it can be made a little healthier. I am not putting the recipe on here but if you want I will try my best to give it to you. I eye ball everything I don't follow a recipe, but I think I can come up with one pretty well.

For lunch today I am gonna have a tuna chef salad. I love salad of any kind I crave veggies all the freakin time.  Tuna and chicken are the only meats I can eat that don't make me sick. I would be vegetarian if I could afford it, but its a sad fact I can't.  I am not sure whats for dinner I saw okra sitting on the counter, I am thinking about making some sort of dried bean, Not sure which one I want.. I kinda want blackeyed peas.

As soon as I get more batteries I have a couple food Pics I took that are cute. If you have any health food tips please let me know. I love trying new stuff.

Tips to snacking!!

OK something I am learning is too snack responsible.. When you have heard to read label's that is so important., Even when you pick a simi health snack like Wheat Thins or something along those lines always read how many are in serving and eat just what the box says,, it may not seem like much, but if you are eating when you are suppose to. I sometimes will put a tiny bit of cream cheese, As long as you don't over do it your fine. I am always looking for things to fill me up enough that I don't want to eat junk.  I haven't tried this, my sister will buy snack bars with 120 or less calories she says that helps. I love Veggies and fruits to snack on we try to keep cucumber cut up and watermelon, cantaloupe or what ever we can find   cubed and kept in the frig.  But like I said read the labels and servings.

Food Blog

I love food and so does just about anyone else in the world. I wanna show some of the things I like to eat or cook. Since I am trying to lose weight so of the foods I post didn't eat, but one of the kids or the family did. I will post some of the healthier stuff I love as well.
